Anyone who takes care of a parent, who has been legally responsible for a parent for any length of time, knows only too well the difficulties, heartache, and hilarity that comes about with the role reversal.

I’ve been responsible for my dad in one way or another since 1983.  Needless to say, I have a lot of stories.  My hope is that you see yourself in some of them and take solace in the fact that you’re not alone.

Life happens, and then it goes on, whether you’re ready to go or not.  Strap yourself in and enjoy my ride.
